I have mine between 75 and 80 on all my players and and have a 92% free throw make average in rec using real plater percentage. There is no problem with non-violation free throws. They go in nearly 100%. The violation shots are a guaranteed miss every time and it doesn't make sense. Just turn on free throw timing.

The problem is really simple - when I'm trying to play Domination game, I have player lock on SG position and can't do nothing about it in options. There is no option to switch it off. Only one player is in my control.
